I was a very frustrated and angry person. I felt like I was in this vicious cycle which I could not break out of leading me to feel depressed and lost. Rachna showed me how it was ok to feel certain things and to accept it.

She showed me how to use the STOP technique to handle my thoughts and anger, and how situations are much different than we think of it as. Even after the first session I felt this sense of change where I was more confident...and more independent. She took me through hypnotherapy to be able to visualise moments that I was scared of.
