Integrative Psychotherapy
You are Unique.
Like most other things in life, what works for you may not work for another. Which is why in my Hypnotherapy counselling practice, I integrate concepts and tools from various other therapy schools to create sessions that resonates with your personality, interests and beliefs.
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a tool to reprogramme unhelpful preconcieved ideas, in order for you to make the right choices for your self. It helps control and mitigate a host of psychosomatic and psychological problems.
You can talk to me, I am here to support you.
Working with a client centric approach, the purpose of my practice is to help empower you, making changes at a subconscious level and by giving you tools to continue practicing relaxation and motivation to keep you on track. I value trust, mutual respect and confidentiality in addition to the physical and mental safety of my clients.
In school I was often told off by my teachers for spending too much time in the art studio as it was going to get me ‘nowhere’, but that didn’t stop me from skipping classes in favour of school art projects.
Encouraged by my brother I quit English Literature at University to sit entrance exams for The Delhi College of Fine Arts, from where I graduated 4 years later with 1st class grades and dreams of becoming Van Gogh.
Instead, The freelance jobs I did for advertising agencies during university days became my career and there was no looking back since. I spent more than 12 successful years with several multinational advertising firms, before I happily quit my full time job to raise my two kids and work from home.
In between design projects, diaper changes, tears and laughter, I realised that trying to 'get into' my children's heads made me dig deeper into my curiosity for human behaviour and reactions so that it wasn't just limited to the buying emotions and habits of consumers.
At 44 years old, equipped with this interest, abundance of empathy, and a listening ear, I was consciously ready for a subconscious shift.
Today I may not be painting sunflowers or slicing off my ears in a passionate fit, but I surely am ‘somewhere’ I want to be, doing what I love.
Inspired by compassionate people. Love to travel, take photos, read, draw and google.
